PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME

 

We ship Monday through Friday from Los Angeles, CA. For in-stock pieces your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. For made-to-order pieces, the timeline will be specified on the product page. For custom pieces, please allow 1-2 weeks to process and ship.

TRACKING INFORMATION

 

Tracking information will be sent to your email immediately upon shipment. Please be patient, as tracking info can occasionally take 24-48 hours to update.

Didn’t get a tracking number? Please check your spam folder first, then email us at hello@ougie.co and we will resend it.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We highly recommend taking advantage of Order Protection which is offered at checkout to protect your order entirely from:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen
  • Delivered but not received
  • Wrong item received

If one of these issues has occurred, please file a claim through Order Protection here.

If you opt out of Order Protection, we are not responsible for orders that take longer than the estimated shipping time above, lost/stolen packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You will find shipping options at checkout along with calculated rates for your location. Taxes and duty fees are conveniently added on at checkout for all countries with the exclusion of:

  • Brazil
  • France
  • India
  • Indonesia
  • Kuwait
  • Malaysia
  • Mexico
  • Portugal
  • Switzerland

If you reside in one of these countries and would like to place an order, please reach out here or at hello@ougie.co. You will be responsible for the taxes and duties upon receipt of the package. Please keep this in mind when purchasing as we will not accept refused packages due to taxes and duties. 

Any and all delays in transit are out of our hands and are risks you assume when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or packages stuck in customs, regardless of the chosen shipping method.

We are not accepting international returns or exchanges at this time.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. To request a return or exchange:

  1. Click here and login to your account 
  2. Click Orders
  3. Select the order you'd like to return and click "Request return"
  4. We will then approve or deny your request. If approved, you will receive a shipping label via email to send your items back.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

All returns require a $10 shipping and handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.

If you'd like to make an exchange, please request a return for the item then email us at hello@ougie.co and let us know what you'd like to exchange it for. 

Collaborative designs and custom pieces (Name Plates, Name Drop Necklaces) are final sale. Order Protection is non-refundable.
