HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders take 1-2 business days to be processed after being placed. For orders within the US, our standard, free shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your destination. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. You will find international shipping options at checkout along with calculated rates for your location. You are responsible for taxes and duties for the full commercial value.
Any and all delays in transit are out of our hands and are risks you assume by placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or packages stuck in customs, regardless of the chosen shipping method.
WHAT IS ORDER PROTECTION?
Order Protection is a service offered at checkout to protect your order entirely from:
- Damaged in transit
- Lost in transit
- Delivered but not received
- Wrong item received

Tracking information is sent promptly upon your order being shipped. If you do not see it in your email, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there please get in contact with us and we will resend it to you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original shipment date. You can request a return here.
All returns are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.
We are not accepting exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your piece, please return your piece and place a new order.
The item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
MY ÖUGIE PIECE NEEDS A REPAIR - WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us here or at email@example.com with your order number, an image of the piece needing service and any helpful explanations. Repair and shipping fees will apply. All fees will be discussed with you prior to starting the repair.
Repairs have a processing time of 2-4 weeks, depending on the level of work required. During high order volume there may be unexpected delays and longer production times.
We will not accept any items that are lost, altered or repaired outside of ÖUGIE.
DO YOU USE REAL GOLD?
Yes. ÖUGIE uses only 14k gold and natural diamonds. Our gold is not plated, not filled and not vermeil because we believe jewelry is an investment and should never have expiration dates by tarnishing or fading over time. We take pride in working with suppliers that are honest, ethical and abide by safe and fair production and labor practices.
ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CONFLICT FREE?

HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
Mix a few drops of detergent-free soap with warm water. Soak your jewelry for 5-15 minutes and use a soft bristle brush to lightly clean your jewelry. Rinse with care (and be careful to not drop it down the drain). Lightly dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY JEWELRY?
Always store your gold and diamonds in a dry area, like your ÖUGIE pouch, to prevent exposure from natural elements.
I DON'T KNOW MY RING SIZE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We do not offer ring sizers at this time, so the best way to receive an acurate reading is to head to a local jeweler and have them size your fingers. TIP: size each of your fingers and note in your phone for future reference.
